Garriet Blair, President, CEO

Garriet M. Blair is President/CEO of GMB Management Group, LLC founded in 2001. Garriet is responsible for business development and overall strategic management of the company. Garriet is a member of the Peru State Athletic Hall of Fame and former standout wide receiver on the undefeated 1990 NAIA Division II National Championship football team. A graduate of Peru State College with a degree in Business Management and Computer Science, Garriet has over 19 years of business and financial management experience with Fortune 500 companies. He has been a Certified Contract Advisor and Registered Financial Advisor with the NFL Players Association since 2002.

Jason Fine, Director, Legal Affairs

Jason Fine is the Director of Legal Affairs for GMB Management Group. Responsibilities include assistance with legal issues, recruitment, contract negotiations, and business development. Jason is an attorney licensed to practice law in the state of Texas and is a member of the Texas Trial Lawyers Association, the Dallas Young Lawyers Association, and the Sports Lawyers Association. Jason holds as a Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Miami in Coral Gables, Florida. Prior to joining GMB Management Group Jason worked for Waters and Kraus LLP in Dallas, Texas and is currently an Assistant District Attorney in the criminal division for Dallas County.

Crystal Jackson, Marketing

Crystal is responsible for GMB's marketing strategies, advertisement, public relations, and recruitment. In addition, she works with clients in coordinating endorsements and building their personal brand. Crystal holds a B.A. from Southwestern University in Communication Studies with a minor in Spanish and holds a Masters of Mass Communications Degree with a focus in public relations from Louisiana State University. Some of her experiences in the public relations and marketing fields include working for a Louisiana state senator, the LSU College of engineering, the city of Round Rock, and the Dallas Convention Center. Crystal is a current member of the Public Relations Society of America.

Dana M. Ware, CPA

Dana M. Ware is the sole proprietor of Dana M. Ware, CPA. In business for over 7 years, her office is located in Carrollton, Texas, and she serves clients throughout the Dallas/Ft. Worth metropolitan area and various cities across the U.S. Dana holds dual B.S. degrees in Accounting and Computer Information Systems from Grambling State University. Her firm specializes in providing tax, accounting, and consulting services to individuals and small businesses. She has been a licensed CPA since 1997, and has over 13 years of experience in Internal Auditing and Consulting. Her corporate experience includes performing operational, information systems, compliance, and financial audits, as well as business analysis and budgeting, for Fortune 500 companies in the banking, transportation, public utilities and telecommunications industries. Dana is also a member of the National Association of Black Accountants.
