Garriet Blair, President, CEO
Garriet is an NFLPA certified player agent and financial advisor. Garriet has negotiated multi millions of dollars in player contracts and endorsements since GMB’s inception. A former college standout at Peru State, he is a member of their Hall of Fame.
Todd Smith, Executive Vice President, Business Development
Todd is responsible for Business Development and Internal Operations at GMB. He also facilitates the assimilation process for our clients. In addition, he works with the CEO and the EVP of Marketing in coordinating endorsements and building our client's personal brand. Todd was an All American Wide Receiver in college, and was nominated for the Harlin Hill Trophy his senior year. He played with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in the NFL.
Jeff Smith, Executive Vice President, Marketing
Jeff is responsible for GMB's marketing strategies, advertisement, public relations, and recruitment. In addition, he works with the CEO and the EVP of Business Development in coordinating endorsements and building our client's personal brand. Jeff was an All Conference performer at Running Back in college. He played with the Houston Oilers in the NFL.
Erric Pegram, Vice President, Player Development
Known for his work ethic and toughness, Eric played 7 NFL seasons and started at Running Back in Super Bowl XXX for the Pittsburgh Steelers. Eric has put together a comprehensive pre-draft training program that will physically and mentally prepare you for the NFL.
Jason Fine, Director, Legal Affairs
Jason is responsible for all legal matters as well as various other areas including recruitment and marketing negotiations. Jason was a Dean’s and Merrick Scholar at the University of Miami. He received dual degrees while attending Miami, including his Juris Doctor in 2006. Jason is licensed to practice in Texas.
